At Rude Cosmetics, we want you to be bold and beautiful, but if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on most items. Please ensure products are unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving the label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
